Building steel in Belize since 1998

New Buildings Limited (NB), one of the largest steel fabricators in Belize,  has been in operation since September of 1998, earning considerable experience on all aspects of structural steel buildings during this time. New Buildings embraces challenging designs as a way to push its creativity envelope and improve its quality of work and professionalism.

In 2005 New Buildings expanded its service offering to include crane services, offering three different crane sizes. This proved to be very effective and efficient for structural installation and for reducing the rental cost to clients since all necessary equipment is available in-house. Belize Natural Energy is one such client who has recognized this value and has made NB their primary source for crane services.

Crane services is tiered across the following payloads:

Less than twenty tons : Mack boom truck

Up to fifty tons: Grove TMS475 Hydraulic Telescoping Truck Crane

Up to sixty-five tons: Grove TMS865 Hydraulic Telescoping Truck Crane

Simultaneous service by multiple cranes for particular installations make New Buildings a one-stop contractor for clients whose requirements demand this type of service.

In 2015 NB expanded once more, this time providing turnkey design, managing the entirety of client projects — from conception to completion. NB leverages qualified local engineers and architects to ensure professionally design projects and the delivery of high-level return on investment for its client base.

NB has also been providing polyurethane foam Insulation since 2000. Insulation foam service is supplied using an enclosed trailer-mounted industrial-grade foam spray machine. The foam machine is towed to client sites where insulation is sprayed on at specified thicknesses. The insulation foam product has become widely used in residential houses, churches, schools, multi-purpose, commercial and Industrial buildings to insulate walls and roofs.
