National Gas Co. (Belize Ltd.)
NB was contracted for the earthworks, concrete pylon construction, transportation and installation of nineteen 135-ft butane gas tanks for the National Gas Company's tank farm in Big Creek, southern Belize. Started in 2019, this project continues thru mid-2020. New Buildings was also responsible for the turnkey construction of the NGC headquarters building on the site.
Earthworks for this project sub-contracted to John Rempel included backfill, laser-leveling, gas pipeline trenching and landscaping.
Roadway and parkway pavement was carried out by Rodla Construction Ltd.

Cayo Christian Academy
Cayo Christian Academy is a high school located in Ontario Village, Cayo. This project involved the construction of an all-steel multi-purpose auditorium and a 12,000 sq. ft. horseshoe-shaped multi-classroom building.
IBS Service Station
IBS Service Station involved the earthworks, the installation of three underground fuel tanks, station canopy design, construction and installation. IBS is located on Iguana Creek Road, Spanish Lookout.
